So much more than a temporary cabin

Following the 'restructuring' of the BSF programme, several hundred major school projects have been cancelled or indefinitely deferred. Yet the business of running each school has to go on. You may now have to replace life-expired buildings quickly, or you may simply need more space urgently. But you don't have to settle for flimsy portable cabins.

At ModularUK we design, pre-fabricate and assemble bespoke school buildings which are stylish, solid, secure and sustainable.

First we'll work with you to design a building to suit your vision and needs. Call us early in your thinking stage and we could help you to get the greatest time- and cost-saving benefits from modular construction. Our designers can help you create the best use of space and specify the right appearance for your individual project.

Then we can get to work in our state-of-the art factory where we use the latest production processes to pre-assemble your building with precision quality assurance. Of course we'll meet or exceed all Building Regulations for acoustics, fire and thermal insulation, and for energy efficiency and carbon emissions. We'll also install the right lighting, ventilation and decoration scheme – and you can visit our factory and 'test drive' the full building before it goes to your site!

Finally we finish the job on site - the complete 'turnkey' project, including white boards, teaching aids and coat hooks. Whether it's for permanent or for short term use, a ModularUK building is so much more than a temporary cabin.
