ModularUK is based in East Yorkshire and has three dedicated production units, totalling more than 150,000 sq ft, each with a core team of highly skilled operatives. Modules are supplied to whatever level of factory fit-out required and a comprehensive range of external claddings can be applied.

Our product portfolio ranges from the single storey PX system – which is ideal for additional office and classroom accommodation – through to multi-storey, multi-million pound new build projects.

As part of the Champion Group of companies we have the resources, skills and strength to undertake the widest range of project scopes and can provide a full turnkey package. Alternatively we are happy to simply supply, deliver and install the modules on-site and co-ordinate with other sub contractors and specialist suppliers working on the project.
