ModularUK is based in East Yorkshire and has three dedicated production units, totalling more than 68,000 sq ft, each with a core team of highly skilled operatives. Modules are supplied to whatever level of factory fit-out required and a comprehensive range of external claddings can be applied.
Our product portfolio ranges from the single storey PX system – which is ideal for additional office and classroom accommodation – through to multi storey, £ mullti million new build projects. We are happy to simply supply, deliver and install the modules on-site or provide a full turnkey package – inclusive of groundworks, drainage, external faceworks, over roofing and full M&E services.
Specialist sectors include Education, Healthcare and Commercial along with individual, bespoke projects.
